1) Do I have to make any infrastructure changes in my facility?

Wisedome has been designed to have minimal impact on your existing facility. Wisedome reuses the existing Wi-Fi Infrastructure to allow communication between the devices and the command & control server, not requiring extra equipment.

Moreover, Wisedome command & control software can be installed and run in your existing servers. The versatility of the system as a whole contributes to the minimization of installation and maintenance costs.

2) How long is the warranty period?

Wisedome devices and software comes with a standard 2 year warranty.

3) Can you provide extended support and maintenance?

Yes, we can provide an extended support and maintenance contract. Additionally, we can provide customized change request services.

4) My facility's clients needs and mixed are very specific to us. Do I have to order a predefined set of devices?

No. Wisedome is a sensor agnostic system and allows you to chose from a variety of devices the one that best fits each client's needs.

That way, it is possible to have several different wireless wearable devices integrated with the system, to assure the best fit for each particular profile. There are no minimums on each type of devices.

5) Can you integrate with third-party systems and applications?

Yes. Wisedome can integrate with standards based Electronic Patient Records and fixed room alarm systems.

6) Is Wisedome a medical device?

No, it is not intended for clinical diagnostic purposes at this time.

Wisedome allows Nurses and other caregivers to observe, acknowledge, document and inform about potential falls, patient calls, location, heart rate and sensor management alerts within facility areas covered by the wireless network.

Heart rate values can be automatically collected, recorded and displayed in Wisedome as a general reference.

8) Why Wisedome and not other systems?

Our fall detection system is associated with the user and is not bound to a specific bed or chair sensor, contrarily to other systems available;
Since it is portable, the system will work no matter which bed or chair the person is on;
Since the system knows the caregivers’ location, it is possible to route alarms to the nearest caregiver and guarantee immediate follow-up;
Our escalation and team metrics management system reports on compliance of the defined caregiver protocol.
